Stephen has 30 plus years 'hands-on’ sales expertise.  Working with selected clients, he now focuses solely on business development and growth.

He fully understands the problems of SMEs having started (from scratch) a home cleaning and repair operation in North Carolina, USA in 1999, which he sold in 2002.

Stephen is an accredited Benchmark Index Adviser and holds the Marketing Communication Diploma (Dip CAM) and Chartered Institute of Public Relations Diploma.

When his professional rugby career was curtailed through injury in the early nineties, Grant developed his competitive and strategic selling skills in the most unforgiving sales arena   – commission only sales.

He then built up a PC training company developing a unique training program.  Within five years, he sold it to Lean Direct.

Semi retired, he now lives in Spain, and assists selected UK clients grow their businesses.

Kent Austin – Copywriting

With 10 years successful ‘hands-on’ sales and marketing experience, Kent now writes for some of the UK’s leading advertising and marketing agencies.

His philosophy is simple: weak copy equals lost sales.  His input contributes a significant and measurable increase to response rates.

Kent holds a BA (hon.) in English from the University of Sussex.

Grant Hurley - Design

After graduating in 1999 with a Design/Engineering degree, Grant worked for companies within Sussex in roles that included Product Designer, Architectural Co-coordinator, Designer – web and graphic.

Since 2001, he has designed various projects for numerous B2B businesses including Britain’s largest aviation and marine chandlery, and industrial and construction sector companies.

Grant’s body of expertise includes corporate ID, stationery, advertising, newsletters, catalogues, point of sale, exhibition, illustration and all aspect of ECommerce.  websites and all types of Ecommerce applications.
